  • Question for our resident FELA lawyer

Involved in an accident last spring. Taken to local "express care" facility for medical attention. Advice at that time was to elevate knee injury, keep it iced, no train service.

No x-rays, mri, or "diagnostics" - just a "walk in, walk out" type exam.

Still having issues >1 year later, knee is swelling, severe pain.

Need some advice. No longer with employer that injury occurred with.

    Dear One For The Kick-

Sounds like a FELA claim. I would prefer to get specific on the phone. Call is free and no obligation but at least protected. The number is 800-773-6770.
