We have watched it together. Bottom line though, she dont like me looking at it. I post it up in Waycar, but other than that I really dont look at it that much. Wish she wasnt so uptite about it. She doesn't like the car magazines I buy with chicks posing all over them in bikinis.............
She offered her honor, so I honored her offer...so all night long I was on her and off her.

If this thread has nothing to do with "Women in Rail Labor", then we should close the entire room. Grandma's Hickory Nut Pie recipes, "Bad Boys" and "Landscaping with flowers" have little to do with rail labor.

The women I work with do the same thing as I do. They come to work, perform all the tasks the men do, and go home. We are equal out here so this boxcar thing is a waste of space.

Equal? Maybe. But different? You bet.

They are no different. It is US that makes the division between each other. They either can or they can't. Same goes for men.

Ghost needs to see if he can get that female Carknocker to get on here. I have never heard of one and it would be interesting to get a female's perspective of the craft.

We have one in Superior that works nights. But then again, how would a women's perspective differ from a man's in this case? The job is the same and the work is the same. Does a woman get an emotional attachment to a broken grab iron, where men don't?

See where I'm going with this?

You really can't be serious. I have always agreed that if a female does a job that is normally done by a man, she should be able to do so at the same level as the man. Sadly this is not the case in several "life saving " fields. All that aside and everything being equal, women are still different. Like it or not, they are. A girl's perspective of a male dominated profession is welcomed.

Have I had too many beers or has this thread taken a huge turn somewhere?

It's definitely swimming in a porcelain pool.

It is only because it was an il-conceived (at least in this location) thread to began with.
