Chico....Don't be discouraged. Nothing to do with it. Just using some example RR related as a pun. WTF? I'm glad its back up.

WTF has this got to do with the site being back up?

Glad your all back. Its one funny and humorous site here somedays. How is the economy on your railroad's Service unit these days?

I had an employer who allowed their domain registration to expire. So instead of paying a relatively low annual renewal fee they ended up paying over $1000 to redeem their lost domain. (And if you miss the redemption period you can pay even more to buy your domain back from whomever grabs it next and turns it into a link engine or porn site.)

Site hosting is easier to restore (although it can be a pain if the unpaid hosting company deletes the site from their server instead of redirecting to a 404). Then you get to find out how well your backups actually work.

Well well welcome back. Nice work. Maybe the cool off will make some appreciate what we have in this place. Railroading on the internet, all one vast web of rails, now all in contact. Who knows what might come of it.

The CC on file with our web host expired & it took longer than anticipated to fire things up again.
Sorry about the delay, but I just relay the message.

Many thanks to site owners Gordon Elias & Seely for keeping the lights in around here!
