why step up and over
without useing names why in st. louis are men on the conductors board stepping over to cover engr. board? just because you are one does not mean you should help out union pacific by going over and against your union hahahahaha like they the utu give a crap. where did this go so wrong that you will cut what our past brothers worked so hard to acheive? wtf? you say ooooooo thats wrong what the co. is doing, what did you do? cut a fellow worker in the knee? I will not commet at this time about the low ball tatic that was forced on us with the terminal thing but hey ST.LOUIS SERVICE UNIT PEOPLE when are we gonna stand up as one and make a difference? let them up can.t spell stupid without up and of cource the special UTU all for the big shots screw our members

I know the exact person you are talking about who stepped up to work as an engineer. He also did so from a different pool. What a total fuckstick! Word is gettting around about him though.
Yeah, don't get me started on that whole terminal thing again...we got hosed.

It happens all the time in other terminals where I've worked... Even more now since nearly everybody still working is a qualified engineer... But theres always that one guy who has no greater desire than to be a hogger... On particular guy lost the BLET a nice increase on a training agreement so that the Engineers would actually make the same amount of money as conductors when called as a peer trainer. NOOOOPE, he stepped up and got involved with TSC and screwed every other peer trainer engineer in the terminal... And now he wonders why he doesnt get to run the simulator
 BTW, How many more times are you gonna post this?

CMS will lie like dogs to call trains & fill positions. guys in our terminal have been called as conductor only to find they are working as an engineer when they get to work. they called me for a ballast train that was supposedly going to my AFHT.
turns out it was a work train dumping rock for a gang on a sub I don't even work on.
