I haven't been told of anyone getting the FMLA back pay and if it will be lump or what, assumption and logic again say yes.
Since the guarantee was paid/met during whatever pay month that was, the obvious answer would be NO, as it would have to meet the difference at that said time.

Basically, I'm sure if the carrier wanted to screw with you bad enough, they could, however seeing that your guarantee is met at another time, then no.
