Default Paid Claims of FMLA

Looking for a little help here.

Can paid claims be used against your Guarantee? With the company about to puke up some money on FMLA claims, I was wondering what low life manuver they would use to cheat people.

UP Engineers agreement number and section would be appreciated.

Well, logic answer would be if the carrier wants to, they COULD. Now, if they will....
I haven't been told of anyone getting the FMLA back pay and if it will be lump or what, assumption and logic again say yes.

Since the guarantee was paid/met during whatever pay month that was, the obvious answer would be NO, as it would have to meet the difference at that said time.

(Did I confuse anyone any worse?) sorry if that is hard to understand. LMAO

Basically, I'm sure if the carrier wanted to screw with you bad enough, they could, however seeing that your guarantee is met at another time, then no.
