That is the same thing rail employees are seeing nation-wide. Spur tracks, unused sidings, obsolete industry tracks and leads are being filled with unneeded freight cars. Our district is running out of storage space. Wake up. Times are tough. No, the sky's not falling, but, it will get much worse, before it gets better.
