jp2153 is on a distinguished road
Primilinary findings is that the Conductor was called as part of a relief crew. He had to do a setout from the mainline to an industry. It looks like his mainline train rolled back into the foul as he rode the shove into the industry. Unfortunately he was also on the side of the car that was facing the main.
