I mean, how many people get killed on these things? This was in India. Could you imagine some crap like this in the USA? For more like it, google "Over crowded train india". These people are insane....

This is almost as bad. I'm sure many have seen this, but it's worth a repost. And to think that we worry about people walking on the track here.....hell, they set up shop on the track. Make sure to watch it all the way through, best part at the end if you haven't seen it.

I'm shocked the number isn't way higher. Must not matter much to them if they let it continue. India is way over populated, maybe they see it as thinning the herd a bit.

I think that in general Americans are rather sheltered and unaware of just how cheap life is in most other parts of the world. We take our standard of living for granted and assume that as things are here, they are everywhere, not realizing just how good we really do have it. Might be something for many of us to think about before complaining about the many relatively minor issues we take issue with.
