Tate also stated his house was being watched by the FBI 24/7. If that aint communism I dont know what is.

Like you'd know anything about the Second Amendment, its history, or the related jurisprudence.

I have to wonder, though, how is it that you think Obama is such a champion of civil rights? You're currently watching his administration steal property from law-abiding taxpayers on the grandest scale this nation has ever seen. He voted in favor of the FISA bill. He concurred in part on the Patriot Act. I think we all know what he thinks of the Second Amendment. His attorney general has absolutely zero respect for the Fourth and Sixth Amendments. So.......tell me again......how is it that you believe Obama to be a champion of civil rights?

What is stopping all this "dirty laundry".
I keep hearing about it, but hell its been 2 months and that was plenty of time to spill the dirty beans.
I'm still waiting on anything even the smallest bit of crap.

Seems this Patriot act BS has all the liberals squealing but when I see what is currently coming up in committee, the current regime is putting it all to shame!
