Maybe like the CIA holding sites have all been closed, and they are not allowed to interrogate prisoners. Our foreign intelligences have just said they will not be helping due to documents opening and possible legal accountability issues... Hello.. Now anything can now be misconstrued and considered torture and punishable by law.. Our enemy's see how weak and divided we are and now they have rights to sue us in our Court of law for our tax $, if we don't read them Miranda rights or forget some other legal technicality.
