Maybe like the CIA holding sites have all been closed, and they are not allowed to interrogate prisoners. Our foreign intelligences have just said they will not be helping due to documents opening and possible legal accountability issues... Hello.. Our enemy's see how weak and divided we are and now they have rights to sue us in our Court of law for our tax $, if we don't read them Miranda rights or forget some other legal technicality.
