Another swill drinker. How can you give a tax cut to 95% of the people when only 67% of them are paying federal income taxes? I will tell you how. You turn the tax code into welfare and give refunds to people who DID NOT PAY ONE DIME OF FEDERAL INCOME TAX. So, again another example of someone who has no grasp of facts. Also, since the Bush tax cuts are going to be allowed to expire next year and not be renewed by the Democrats and Obama, is that not a tax increase? Those sunsetting tax cuts are going to affect to quite a degree the under $250k crowd that Obama loves to say he is all for. As to Bush, you are correct that government grew more under Republican control than any previous. My question to you then is with that fact verified and vilified by you along with myself and many other Americans, why do you feel the need to defend Obama doing it on a scale that dwarfs what the Republicans and Bush did? If you vilify Bush and Republican for it, then it would be hypocritical of you to support Obama and Democrats for doing it worse AS THEY ARE.

Thank you for demonstrating and validating my earlier assertion and now proven point that you cannot do what you ask of others. I asked how a question and of course you do not answer.....you divert and head onto something else. Try again. If you vilify Bush and Republican for it, then it would be hypocritical of you to support Obama and Democrats for doing it worse AS THEY ARE???? Of course, maybe you do not answer because you concede I am correct but I am giving you another opportunity to answer. As to why the budget was 'balanced', and I use that loosely because they were still throwing IOU's into the SS piggy bank, it was because the Republicans, at that time, reduced the rates of growth and in many cases eliminated any departmental growth and Clinton signed off on it. The Dubya tax cuts are going to be gone next year and you will find out just how 'rich' those who got them are when you see your income taxes go up.

I would say that a new bill increasing taxes would be a tax increase....but I thought you would be able to understand the difference....and just which taxpayers are going to see the increase when the Bush cuts lapse....people making how much a year?? I'd like to study your 67% claim before I answer...where can I find those statistics and some information on their source??? I can support and defend President Obama because I know that what he is trying to do is correct the mess he was left with by _____ You fill in the blank. |
