Repealing tax cuts won't hurt us....yeah...that's novel thinking - not. They will hit our income level and lower plus by hitting the upper brackets it will hurt our income levels because the rich will stop buying more of the things that our income levels make for them.

Forest through the trees.....just keep repeating the mantra that all is well....you already believe...see if it actually accomplishes anything. We see what NK and Iran are doing with Obama on watch. Israel is going to take out Iran if we do not and rightly so because we have not had the backbone to do it under either Bush or now Obama. We will be forced to then defend Israel as a result. Will be interesting and a scary time to see how Obama deals with that. Japan or SK may well strike NK if they keep it up and our hand will be forced there. Either way, cutting the DOD budget in these dangerous times is the last thing our country needs now, but the man foolishly thinks you can reason with apocolyptic nutjobs.

I'll bet Israel will respond to Iran soon. Iran has been telling Israel they will wipe them off the face of the earth for a while now. I think of the situation like this: If someone was pointing a weapon at you and your family, do you wait for them to attack or do you take them out to protect your own??

Oh I fully expect it too as the new PM Netanyahu is a no nonsense type and has threatened this consistenly. Rumors are abounding that Israel may actually use variants of the Tomahawk or medium range missiles to deliver the hit because they do not believe they will get airspace clearance from the US to hit Iran.

Our hand is going to be forced by Israel. Bush blew it by not hitting Iran two years ago and now we are going to have it blow up in our face.

dude, quit believing that shit you hear on Fux News.taxes going up? what part of "95% of all Americans" escapes your grasp? it's high time the rich started paying their fair share. Reagan started the whole smelly mess when he put the burden on our backs & gave the rich cuts & loopholes to insure they would never have to worry about it as long as he was in there. The difference between you and me is my information is garnered from a multitude of sources whereas you just parrot the baloney foisted onto the public by the DNC and Obama Administration for consumption. Here is a simple task or maybe for you more difficult. See what income levels the Bush tax cuts affected because it will be the same ones getting the increase when they sunset next year. It will hit you like it or not and no matter how many times you click your heels and say there is no place like Obama it will not change reality.

As for the wealthy, tell me what is fair share? Come on....rather than repeat the mantra, tell me a hard figure. 5 percent of the taxpayers that own 45 percent of the wealth paying 70 percent plus of the tax burden is fair? I agree with you. It is not fair. They should not be paying that much. Problem with taxes is when 34 percent are paying ZERO federal income taxes, and that number will jump to 42 percent under Obama's plan with 8 percent paying negative income taxes i.e. getting income tax welfare, you have a third of America that have no incentive to want reduce spending in this country.

Pathetic.....just once would you actually check facts on Obama's DOD budget. Even I heard the man say he was going to reduce DOD spending during the campaign and his budget outline does that as the additional outlays that had been passed for the Iraq/Afghanistan wars will no longer happen and those dollars will come out of DOD budget. That, Mr Factless, is a decrease in DOD spending.

I was under the impression April, but I just got my stub for the first full pay period in April, and my take home for a straight 80 hour pay period was the same as the last one?
