Transfering within CN
Hello everyone!
This site seems to be a place which has been hiding from me for such a long tme. My question for anyone who might know, I work in Intermodal in Brampton. I've been trying to transfer to Transportation for what seems an eternity now. My biggest road block at the moment is my terminal manager. I'm waiting for him to sign a release so that I can actually finally go. Is there any work around this roadblock? Does anyone know if there is anyone I can speak to who can go over his head and force him into letting me go? Any other help or advice would be appreciated! |

Yes and no. I have applied "off the street" but since it's through the company's website, they know who I am and won't review my resume until they get a release from my boss which is why I'm hoping I can find an alternative way to circumvent my bosses approval
