So, in countries with "comprehensive" government provided health care there are those on waiting lists waiting for surgical procedures because there are waiting lines due to artificial limits imposed by the government health care system. We've all heard about this, right?
Some of those people die waiting for the procedure that may have saved them. What's the difference, compared to those never having had insurance at all, except that the person waiting for the procedure had hope for a cure.
Hope! THAT's IT!!!!! The person waiting for the procedure that died anyway...at least he had hope as he died!!!
In writing this I discovered how government provided health care works...it gives everyone hope, even if they never get the care or the cure; at least thay had HOPE!
They had HOPE! Isn't that nice?
And HOPE is fairly inexpensive to provide, y' know?
Who is it likes to use the word HOPE? Hmmmm.
Wow! This might really work. I feel better already and I didn't even know I was feeling bad before! I am encouraged.

Yeah, I like the blue, sometimes the red if I'm hot about something. I hope the difference is not distracting. It's intended to be like a different "voice" as though we were having a conversation in person.
That's what the dork at FTE as complaining about which led to my big bad "BAN" there...holy crap! Nothing better to do I guess. Ken Payne...it'll never end, I will never forget.
