So what your saying is your only out here still because you got cut years ago and you wanna see everyone go through the same shit. Sounds compassionate to me. I do agree w/ you about some of the newer guys. If they can't hold regular within two years they are bitching. The first few years after i hired I got bounced around from New Jersey to Maryland. Mark up on a list and cut the next day when I was head out and that was only 12 years ago.
