LHI lost my hearing and vision test results from the mobile van that comes around the yard from time doing the test, and I never recieved the form for my engineer triannual about the DMV record. So on the the 30th the road foreman calls me up and asks why haven't I completed all of my requirements. (my licence offically expires on the 29th) So I tell him I did the test with the examanetics van, and I never got the DMV paper, so he gives me a copy and I got it notarized and took another hearing and vision test at the local clinic(all on the 30th). I was currently working as a conductor, Is it right to get HFS?
