Everyone that has worked with an RCO knows that you can get twice as much, (if not more) , done with an engineer. Lets do the math. Sure, I agree with throttle, there are certain areas where the RCO might, I said might, work well, but if you have to spot the customer, get the train out on time, switch the yard, or do any MUST DO work, an engineer and conductor are your best bet. I wish NS could see that. I wish they would "invest" more in their "most valuable asset", us.
